My trail/beach riding experience at Friendship stables was hands down the best tour I’ve ever been on!
The staff were courteous and attentive, the horses were lovely and the environment was stunning, with both beautiful nature as well as historical landmarks. I recommend Friendship 200%!

TOBAGO'S FRIENDLY FRIENDSHIP STABLES! MUST TRY! - March 29 2022
I've been coming to this stable with my family since I was little. You can really tell by the attitude of the horses how comfortable and happy they are
Especially Einstein who is the "spoiled baby boy" of the group
The response they have with the caretakers and owners really shows how much they shower these animals with love and attention. Its was really beautiful to witness.
Overall great experience, great owners, and ADORABLE horses
can't wait to come again!
Oh and for anyone who looking for a good deal, their prices and packages are really good
My advice to anyone who are looking to book, call in advance so they can get the horse readyA worth while experience, a Must Try!

RIDING IN TOBAGO

The most beautiful place in the world don't miss if u are in Toago!!!! The horses are in good shape the stables were renovated and the people are soooo friendly and amazing. If u want to explore tobagos nature comfortable on a horse back, riding threw the forest, on the beach threw the water go to friendship riding stables.
I just want to remind u that this is not England, Germany or Canada.... where the horse are in theire boxes 24/7 these animals got 12 hectares of land so its OK if their got a scratch sometimes (not serious ones) and specially because it a tropical environment the might have a thick every now and then. Just positive vybz for beginners and professional riders 🙂 :)!!

A MUST VISIT, A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE - December 18th 2012
First things first..this was one of the best experiences i have had. Most memorable activity i participated in whilst on my holiday on Tobago. I had absolutely no reason to worry, as soon as i arrived at the stables i was completely put at ease by the laid back owner, Derek and generally how calm and friendly the horses were. I was put on a what i would say a rather large horse called Sweet man. He was so placid and attentive i felt instantly comfortable. As we continued we stumbled on to what i can only describe as paradise, golden sands and crystal clear seas with no one else apart from me,the guide and the horses. It was just magical. Friendship Stables is a great place with friendly people, loving horses and fantastic views and land. Thank you Derek for the wonderful experience i will never forget.

Friendship Riding stables is a definite "must do" in Tobago! The location is beautiful, the horses are very friendly, and Johnny is an excellent guide. This was our first time horseback riding and our guides made us feel very comfortable and provided great background about the area. My favorite part was the ride along the beach. I would definitely recommend this experience!

HONEYMOON FUN!

During our honeymoon in Tobago last month, my husband took me to Friendship Riding Stables. I was so excited & quite anxious because I'd never ridden a horse before. Thanks to the kindness, patience & knowledge of my two lovely guides Kaiya & Kristy, I was able to learn well & get comfortable being on the magnificent Butterfly.
She is so gentle & sweet. We rode all the way down to the beach & it was incredible!
On the way, Kaiya told us so many jokes & had us all laughing. It was all so much fun. It was a joy having him with us & watching him explore.
I had a wonderful time. I promised Butterfly that I would return with treats during my next visit. I cannot wait to see her, Sam & the other horses again!

ADVENTUROUS EXPERIENCE

I never rode a horse before until Friendship...I must say it was a great experience. We got there on time and the horses were eating. We touched them, took pictures and then we got saddled up. The owner, Derek was friendly and welcoming, he gave us a little history of the stable and Estate. I got to feed my horse, Sensei before. I must say I was scared at first but was made comfortable. We got lesson on directing the horse etc then we got to practice in the yard which was really helpful. The trail was great!!! Rode on a lonely road then up to another trail. We went on a longer trail than expected but it was an adventurous one!!! We got to ride up and down a small hill. We both loved the experience.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE

This was one of the best riding experiences I have had and I've ridden in many parts of the world. I have nothing but good things to say. The horses are in great condition and they are happy and relaxed. You can tell the owner loves them and cares for them properly. The horses we were given to ride suited our varying riding abilities making the ride enjoyable for all of us.
The scenery is incredible. My friend was very wary of riding in the sea but her horse quickly put her at ease with its laid back nature allowing us all to relax and take in the breathtaking surroundings. There was something very special about that part of the ride and it will stay with me forever. I am hoping to come to Tobago again and Friendship will be first stop. Thank you Derek!!
